and a MBA in Marketing from Capital University. Jim offers in depth analysis of marketing and sales best practices from his 30-year career in the home improvement, appliances and life science industries. Major companies include Sherwin-Williams, Scotts, Borden, Waring, Vita-Mix, Congoleum and Borden. Marketing experience has included integrated traditional and digital marketing, strategic planning, new product development, market research and website/ecommerce development, plus agency management, creative program development and presidency of a United States trade organization. In addition, Jim's sales experiences include developing and managing a 158 person award-winning direct sales force, as well as rep groups and distributors, and experience in compensation program design, sales reporting, territory alignment and account planning.
